What or where is your " go to" under pressure ,in times of challenge to feel better, deal etc?
Pay attention to your go to is it
comfort food
Alcohol
drugs
mindless distraction
retracting into yourself
etc
Or
Is it
1.taking a power pause to calm ,down, reeavaluate, put in healthy perspective, access positive inspiration, thoughts, memories experiences,connecting to Hashem more etc
2.Doing some positive action for a boost:
like exercise
reading
talking to someone who is a positive influence in your life
or just doing something positive that you like
to feel better
and recharge your energy
Your " go to" will directly impact how you will continue to use your time and fill it
So prepare and practice some positive "go tos" that you can access at any time and keep them in your Time Management Titan's Tool Box
Your go to will be a major influence on where you and what you are doing are going to.
