9 suggestions in dealing with bad unrelenting thoughts
1.Treat the ongoing bad thoughts as a movie,which you are under NO obligation to watch,let it play out no matter how terrible ,realize its a movie,which has to finish sometime .
2. Dont get defensive ,go on the offensive , rebut the bad thoughts and dismiss them but do not engage them
3.The only way your bad thoughts will control you is if you let them.The only power they have is the power you give them
4.Focus on something positive ,Prepare an arsenal of easily accessible good ,positive, happy ,motivating thoughts
5.Repeat a customized self empowerment injector relating to the bad thoughts : for example
I am letting you go
No thought will control me
No thought will dictate to me
Give it your best shot my light outshines your darkness
Thoughts are not reality
If you think you will throw me off my game you are insane
6. Bad thoughts dont make you a bad person,nurturing them,feeding them , leads to bad choices
7.Pay keen attention to your self talk,especially in challenging situations, for self talk breeds thoughts,you though can decide which ones they will be
Do you put yourself down?
Do you stress out?
Are you generally negative?
Do you catastrophize?
Do you overly worry?
Are you very paranoid?
etc etc
Identify your challenging self talk
Write or get help writing positive ,empowering ,rejuvenating self talk scripts and when you apply them properly, daily,you will find that your bad thoughts will eventually drastically decrease
8.Bring G-D into your self talk and give authority over to G-D and when you do so wholeheartedly with G-D in charge your bad thoughts dont stand a chance
9.Get into the habit of applying the above,put the effort in, dont let up and eventually you will reap the benefits

You are at point A and you feel you have to be at point C according to your timetable ...the results can be frustration , stress ,anxiety etc
However if you go off road to point B(beliefs) and change what you are choosing to believe about ,see ,view the situation etc the concomitant ripple effect in your body ,mind, life in general etc will empower you to stop the stressing and open yourself up to the blessing

When we feel that people have to be like me or agree with me that literally means there is nothing more than me.

When we feel this way we block ourselves off from growth ,learning etc we limit ourselves and place" limits on G-d( G-d forbid)
The abomination of G-d is the arrogant"(Mishle/Proverbs) because those that see no more than themselves make no place for G-d
Make space for others..be self...less and you will learn , grow and become so much more

Exercise suggestion

Every time you automatically think of a reason why you cannot do something( which you are honest enough to admit to yourself is an excuse)
Force yourself to to find 5 reasons why you can do it and and write them down
Eventually after doing this exercise a while you will find that you are "CAN"ditioning yourself to transcend what you think you cannot do and give yourself options and possibilities for success.

We are not prisoners of yesterday ,with each new day G-d gives us hope in that,among others we can make new and better choices, buy we have to make responsible choices for if we have not chosen well we have chosen badly
Each new day is an opportunity through total emancipation from the past to be fully present in the NOW and make the choices that will allow us to see the Wow.

Exercise suggestion

From the moment you read this post take a pen and write down the words "I CAN"
Take that note with you wherever you go and for the next week every ten minutes look at the note and say " I CAN" wholeheartedly 10 times and mean it as no matter the odds if G-d wants you to do it you will.
Ignore any negative thoughts of "I can't " as our thoughts ONLY have the power we give them. Don't fight them just let them play out like a movie,let them dissipate like a mirage while you constantly repeat " I CAN"
Do this every day for a week and then reevaluate how you feel, honestly.
The words we tell ourselves, ripple eventually into every area of our lives and directly impact our actions, the way we feel etc
I like to call this and similar exercises "Can"ditioning ..rewiring your mind to what you can do for only that will get you past what you once thought you could not do.
Adhere to this exercise strictly and once you feel the benefit do it for another week and carry on until the positive change ripples into every area of your life.
Put the effort in...G-d knows you are worth the effort ..so should you...You are never too far gone to go far.

He/she that glories in their wisdom..sees it as their own and seeks no further than what they think they know.
He/she that recognizes their wisdom as a gift from G-D seeks unrelentingly with a thirst and passion for the endless options , possibilities that abound in the Divine cornucopia of Eternity ..becoming self..less but so much more ..find a fullness of life denied those where arrogance is rife.

Why was the Torah given on the small insignificant Mt Sinai?
Some say to teach us humility,then others respond if so why was the Torah not given in a valley?
One response brought is that , be humble,yes,but not so low that you can be trampled on
I would like to add that ,yes, humility does not mean you are a doormat but that all you have,will have,can be etc is from G-d which in truth is that although we are constantly going for the peak our mountain is low but we,with G-d have no cap on how high we can go
To resign ourselves to average,to the musings of mediocrity is to be captivated by our comfort zones and to (G-d forbid) give up on G-d to( G-d forbid) limit G-d
Leave the cult of complacency....the mindset of mediocrity...as those who treat the gift of their lives casually risk becoming or remaining a casualty of life
Go for the higher ground with your higher self reclaiming your spot on the winners podium as G-d only makes winners..we create losers in our minds
You are never too far gone to go far
You can always take it higher...you have G-d within you.

In my opinion this is one of the greatest positive peak performance verses.G-d is telling us here that G-d is holy... really..Wow that is news, who would have thought?
Obviously G-d is holy so a possible message here could be that do not compare yourself to anyone only G-d..G-d is holy, your only point of comparison and therefore
If G-d is in your heart and in your life..you will never ever stop growing, achieving, making the supposedly impossible your new normal and why?..because you are part of G-d(soul) but you will never be G-d... yet we have to strive to get closer to G-d and so complacency is not in your lexicon and where others get stuck you are charging forward soaring higher and higher in any area of your life that you so choose to let G-d in.
Learn about this, digest it, live it..and kick start your life to a new level of miracle class..no matter your circumstances or age.

In other words there is nothing standing in your way, pour your greatness ,your maximum into each moment, don't stop and you will be unstoppable.
G-d wants you to succeed, to achieve and knows you better than you know you..so you put in the effort and let G-d decide when where, how etc you will succeed

The only way to live fully is to choose life even though we have already been given life for when you do not make it your own, give it your all, no matter your circumstances, in all encompassing gratitude for this majestically awesome gift of life ...are you truly living?
When G-d created man,G-d did not say it was ok, or good but very good , there is no greater approval and validation for you and your life.G-d created you ,you have something to offer that the world needs, push yourself..grab onto life and go from surviving to thriving

Staying logged in to G-D your peaks are infinite and you will continue your growth well into your eternity
