Positive Peak Performance Training # 15

Exercise suggestion

Every time you automatically think of a reason why you cannot do something( which you are honest enough to admit to yourself is an excuse)
Force yourself to to find 5 reasons why you can do it and and write them down
Eventually after doing this exercise a while you will find that you are "CAN"ditioning yourself to transcend what you think you cannot do and give yourself options and possibilities for success.
