Positive Peak Performance Training # 10

Exercise suggestion

From the moment you read this post take a pen and write down the words "I CAN"
Take that note with you wherever you go and for the next week every ten minutes look at the note and say " I CAN" wholeheartedly 10 times and mean it as no matter the odds if G-d wants you to do it you will.
Ignore any negative thoughts of "I can't " as our thoughts ONLY have the power we give them. Don't fight them just let them play out like a movie,let them dissipate like a mirage while you constantly repeat " I CAN"
Do this every day for a week and then reevaluate how you feel, honestly.
The words we tell ourselves, ripple eventually into every area of our lives and directly impact our actions, the way we feel etc
I like to call this and similar exercises "Can"ditioning ..rewiring your mind to what you can do for only that will get you past what you once thought you could not do.
Adhere to this exercise strictly and once you feel the benefit do it for another week and carry on until the positive change ripples into every area of your life.
Put the effort in...G-d knows you are worth the effort ..so should you...You are never too far gone to go far.
